Dinner Stations
Start at the tropical fruit display or one of the mini martini salads. Then, head on over to the Chef attended station where you'll find Caribbean-style whole roasted top round of beef, spicy grilled pork loin, peach salsa, watermelon gazpacho, and calypso confetti rice.
Dessert Table
OMG! Warm pinapple cobbler, french vanilla ice cream, and wait for it... rum raisin rice pudding.
